What is a VIN and where do I find it?
A VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) is a unique 17-character code identifying your car. Find it on the dashboard (visible through the windshield), driver-side door jamb, or your registration documents.
What if the part doesn't match my car?
Open a dispute within 14 days of release. Platform admins review evidence from both sides. If the part was misrepresented, you'll receive a full refund and the listing is removed.
How long does shipping take?
UAE-local orders: 1-3 business days via Aramex. GCC: 3-7 days. International (Europe, Africa, CIS): 7-21 days via DHL. Tracking is uploaded by the seller and visible in your orders.
Can I buy multiple parts from different sellers?
Yes. Your cart groups items by seller. Each seller-group has its own escrow transaction. Phase 3 adds container consolidation for high-volume export buyers.
What currencies are accepted?
All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirham). USD equivalent is shown for reference. International payments are converted at the Stripe rate at checkout.
How are sellers verified?
Sellers go through KYC (passport + trade license verification) and must complete Stripe Connect onboarding before publishing any listing. Verified status is shown on every seller profile.
